Does anyone know if these things have an 'audible pacer signal' please?

Ta.

Apparently it does have a Pace alert but I would pay a bit more for a GPS rather than foot pod based one.

Amazon are selling the Forerunner 305 for £97.99 which is much better value.

doesn't have GPS built in.... cold i'm afraid

seems overpriced for what it does

It is handy if you mainly do gym work, not much point in having gps if you're not moving?

I don't think this model includes the foot pod so will only function as a hrm. Don't agree with those criticising lack of GPS though unless you really need to see where you've gone. Foot pods can be just as accurate as GPS, don't lose signal, less drain on battery & as tommo said they can be used with treadmills.

cheaper options out there for a vanilla hrm

I thought this had GPS but now realise its a few models up , oops, I am trying to figure out if its possible to cancel my order with Amazon, but cannot see how, has anyone cancelled with amazon before? Or do I have to wait for it to arrive, then return the item to them

Go to your account and if the order hasn't been picked and despatched you can usually cancel. I have in the past and it's as simple as clicking on the 'cancel order' button on your account.

my point exactly, anyway.. even if it has been picked you'll still be able to return it once delivered... just don't open the contents etc.
