i bought one of these a few weeks ago and the regulator that connects to the gas bottle will not fit a CALOR GAS bottle as its too big and a new regulator costs about a tenner so add that to the price if you havent got one off your old BBQ ....;-)

It's £75 online - if they were in stock!

Whilst it may say £150 on the box these have been £75 for months. (although they may have had to bump them back up to full price for a certain period to stay within advertising laws i guess)

I have been waiting for these to be reduced. Have just picked one up in Asda Frome. There were about 6 others left.
#9
Just to let people know. These are £50 in asda and asda living. i've just bought one from asda living in barnsley (cortonwood) the had about 35 left stacked up in the corner.

Heat added and rep

a word of warning

I bought one when they were £75 and had to take it back (used a few times, but ADSA will take them no question asked)

they don't get hot enough and the flame gets blown out too easily

Nice little BBQ. Got one for my pub and works great for a small pub anyway.

Bit of a nightmare to put together, but worth it.

Nice find, heat and rep, however apologies in advance if this gets removed I was reporting a duplicate of this by someone else and accidentally reported and spammed this one...sorry:whistling:

Hopefully though they will realise and I have also noted when I reported the correct duplicate post.

Has anyone here ever owned a BBQ that hasnt turned into rust by week 4 ? . .The english summer is more than half way finished and lets face it its hardly Australia weather at the min or indeed has been at all. Save your £50 for the September and buy yourself a new rain coat instead.

You could of course get a cover for it.

Some people even have outside wooden boxes for protecting items of value and tools during the winter months.

Are these BBQ's seriously any good? No point in buying a "bargain" if it's rubbish. Would appreciate some opinions!! Thanks!

#23
I bought this at 75 quid, no problems with it - really would reccomend - had no problems with blowing out or low flames.
#24

#25
Sadly Farnborough doesn't have any left nor does the Havant Superstore.
#26
Thanks. got one from Wrexham yesterday. easy to put together and has a large cooking area.
#27
Many thanks OP, got one today in Dundee store. Quite a few still on the shelves. Just a heads up, they weren't advertised at £50 but had £150 stickers on. I got a member of staff to check, and confirmed they were £50. Great bargain.

About 10 left at Dewsbury Asda. None at Morley, Pudsey or Crown Point in Leeds.
