its spur of the moment stuff!

Is it even possible with Visa retrictions/security?

I thought you had to get some sort of visa to visit and provide your flight details etc weeks before you went?

Disclaimer: I could be talking nonsense.

takes me a day to plan the shopping trip to the supermarket let alone jettin off to florida  HOT price thou !!

you can stay in the US for up to 90 days without a travel visa

This is a bargain price! As long as your passport has 6 months validity, you'll be fine to go.

Grab a cheapo hotel on I-Drive and you're sorted! Only wish I could take advantage...

Florida sunshine or miserable South London rain???? There's no contest!

You need to complete the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) online - https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/esta.html.

Once you are authorised, it is valid for travel to the US for 2 years.

Hi, sorry to correct you but the bit about the 6th month validity is not correct for trips to the USA.
You can find out more here: http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/niv/sixmonth.html

Seems most people, including me until recently, thought this was the case.

Fab deal by the way, if only I could disappear from work for two weeks.....:whistling:

You can also get into Harry Potter before the official opening on the 18th of June. Just go to the park at the opening time of 09:00 and head straight to Harry Potter!! You get a couple of hours in there before they close it for the day.

Why a late booking fee of £15.00? Surely, at the last minute, these crummy airlines want to shift the empty seats. It's bad enough paying £30.00 to take baggage with you, but this £15.00 just doesn't make any sense to me!

Don't know about budget airlines....but BA put prices up nearer to time of departure.

My wife got a Premium Economy to Shanghai on 12th February ( booked in early January ) for £964.....by 2nd February the cost had gone up to £2200.... :?

There agina...the Florida flight is a bargain for those who can do such short notice...but wish they'd add any dodgy fees into the flight price to ease the pain!:whistling:

Are BP subsidising these flights to help with the clean up or something?
