Whatever you do don't miss playing this game. I played GOW 1 and thought not bad...the second installment is simply amazing and it will keep you entertained for hours no end. The Multiplayer Horde arcade mode is the most fun I have had playing video games for a long time...

Great game and as stated not to be missed especially at this low price. Heat added, good find. Video games are getting so cheap on all platforms! Great for us but not for the smaller developers!

Whats online multiplayer like? Did I hear that it suffers from very bad delays and lag? Love the first GOW on Live so very tempted. Heat for the price anyway.

Yeah I was just about to report that. I went to Amazon a few minutes ago, was £25, reading the reviews for a few minutes and went back to the main page and its gone up!

You can get this at blockbuster for £19.99 now

hmm, totally O/T but:

is "incremental reductions" an oxymoron?
is "decremental reductions" a double negative?

:-D

if thats from the other thread then that was preowned I think. Stock permitting you can get it in zavvi for around £23, possibly less if they have increased their store reductions.

It is preowned - my son got one for his recently returned RRODed XBOX and I wish he hadn't - he is dominating the living room - I don't want to, but may have to move all game consoles out of the living room. He can have the 32" CRT and I'll get a reasonably price projector.
Yet another game a past it dad cannot compete at
