I know absolutely nothing about this so will leave it up to you to check it out. But I am told it is a good thing?? Somebody out there please check it out.

A third-person tactical shooter from Epic, running on the Unreal Engine 3. Gears of War thrusts gamers into a deep and harrowing story of humankind’s epic battle for survival against the Locust Horde, a nightmarish race of creatures that surface from the bowels of the planet.

This limited edition offers an even deeper look into the world of “Gears of War,” providing an official “Destroyed Beauty” art book and a bonus DVD featuring an inside look at the making of the game — all enclosed in a highly collectible metal box.

There are rumours flying around that this game may be released at a RRP of £59.99. So not sure if Amazon homnour the price of preorders if the final price goes up could be a good saving if it does.

Its actually £37.99 at PC World for the collectors edition, well cheap when the normal edition is at £39.99 most places, infact PC World also have the normal edition for the same price as the limited edition so it may be a pricing error.

The Amazon one has gone up to £49.99.
