Night Of The Living Dead
Painstakingly restored and remastered - this is horror legend George A Romero's legendary masterpiece as he wants it to be seen!

The story begins casually enough; a brother and sister, go to visit the grave of their father in a remote graveyard in the woods. There, a strange man grabs at O'Dea and her brother rushes to her defense at which the man bites him and knocks him out. Terrified, the girl jumps in the car and speeds to a nearby farm house to get help. She goes inside, and the house appears to be deserted and the phone disconnected. She looks out the window and to her horror she sees the man trying to get inside the house!

That is just the beginning of the seminal horror movie that is Night Of The Living Dead!

Diary Of The Dead
Legendary director George A. Romero proves that his career isn't one foot in the grave with this fifth entry in his zombie series. For DIARY OF THE DEAD, Romero goes back to the indie roots of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD as he focuses on a young team of filmmakers as they try to fend off zombie attacks.

Day Of The Dead
Nick Cannon, Mena Suvari, and Ving Rhames star in this horror film based on the George A. Romero classic zombie film. A mysterious virus has infected the small town of Leadville, Colorado and the military is brought in to enforce a quarantine and stop the spread of the disease. As people perish, survivors realize that the virus is creating the walking dead who crave human flesh. Only a small number of people are immune to the virus and those few survivors must battle to fend off the infected zombies while trying to make it out of town alive.

These are 1p less at Amazon, but with Quidco NUS they work out a fair bit cheaper at HMV; elsewhere though they are £10+

Is it still the case that this move was never licensed properly and the makers never made a single penny from it. Hence every film distribution copmany releasing various incarnations of this on DVD?!

I'm pretty sure there will be plenty of different versions of this in the future for collectors etc.

Classic film, great black n white experience! :)

The film is in the public domain. You can't take something out of the public domain once it is made public.

how can a movie filmed in the 50's be classed as a blu-ray "High Definition" experience?
