Was in Morrisons (Doxford Park - Sunderland) getting my lunch for work and came across this bargain!

Couldnt believe how cheap it was... Been after one for ages and kept putting off buying it because of the usually large price tag! Next cheapest I believe is Argos who currently have it at half price for store reservation only (£44.99)

Anyways, I can't confirm whether this is a nationwide offer but hopefully it is!

Had one of these for a few years now, becomes a bit of a chore after a while & you need somewhere capacious to store it cos its huge! I've found the non stick surface on the grill is starting to wear off now and thats using the proper George Foreman grill sponge with about 30 uses in 3 years

Hi

I have this it is quite big so make sure you have space ....i use it daily so its not awkward for me in that respect its always out .

Ive had mine about 3 years or so and still in great nick the non sticks still ok to be honest on mine.

This one does not have removable grill plates ....the left hand side is your standard large foreman the other side is totally flat so grill tomatoes veg etc can also do eggs though its slightly slanted for the fat to run away which can mess this up a bit need to raise it slighlty.

Both sides thermostaticlally controlled 1 2 3 levels however ive noticed heat does conduct across the plates a bit when ither is on.

Anyways hope this helps folks

Cheers :)

Non stick wore off after a year. I bought a Judge table grill (part of Stellar) off Ebay for similar money and it is fab.

Does it give the same taste as with a barbeque or is it much different?
#15
u dont really get a taste of barbecue gives you the lines and a healthier feed....if youve never used one cook a sausage or a burger on it and see how much fat youd normally eat especially if you fry and add to it its quite shockin!

This is not the large one, Very.co.uk has the large one for £37.95 delivered (using £10 code). Not voted...

The product code of this grill is 13589

There is no larger or smaller version.

On amazon the rrp for model 13589 is £69.99, whereas the 11761 is £79.99.

Also the weight is 6kg and 8kg respectively, the 11761 has 645cm2 grill surface and 742cm2 griddle surface. Doesnt say about the 13589 model...

If you look at the 2 pics, the 11761 is definitely bigger out of the two, it fits an extra egg and an extra hash brown on the griddle!

Definitely a bigger and smaller version!

Aha...

Just been to the link above to the 'compact' version 13589.
I can confirm that the grill surface is 439cm2, griddle surface is 613cm2

For the 11761, grill surface 645cm2, griddle surface 742cm2.

There IS a larger and smaller version! :-D
