hot reserved last one near me thanks

Same here got the last in central Liverpool.

i thought this would have been hotter as it is the family sized one and the price and....there in stock! :)
Was trying to post this...lucky I check this thread out first. Two left in Hoddesdon, I ordered one, so ONE left.
Thanks for this. Reserved one in Reading.
My last (smaller one) broke after leaving it on for ages and it burnt out :(

Last one had washable plates and was awesome for that but this one is bigger so I can cook more on it and I dont fancy paying the extra £20 for a removable plate one.

Heat and Rep added :)
OOS everywhere near me, which is annoying as it would have made the perfect house warming present for someone I know!
I have this, its good however, the lead is too short, the metal (casing) is just tin, got mine for £30 on offer. Its ok but not great

I am a Home Economics teacher and our school technicians have just condemmed 5 of ours. They heat up so hot that the metal at the back expands and exposes the wiring.
have just reserved one
i got this from tesco at the end of jan or begin of feb only because it said they were down to £30 i felt sick when i saw it go through the till at £68 well i paid my bill and walked straight over to CS desk as i had been over charges by £38 so got £76 refunded to my card.
kids love cheese toasties done on this.
Reserved last one at chesterfield ... cheers :)
yeh i have heard that they are good for making panini,s my mum does this :)
I have one of these. They feel cheap compared to how solid the old ones felt (mine was at least 7 years old), the power cable is bit shorter than ideal, and because the plates are much thinner there hotter spots where the heating element is. But.. its brilliant! Its so much nicer to have enough space to fit as much as you want in rather than cooking things in batches or on both the george and on the hob. The drip tray actually works well on this model too. Be warned that its feet stick out the back so it takes up a bit more room than you might think if space is limited. and it does get toasty hot on the top. but this price and benefits far outweigh any issues. get one now!!
You can't beat a George Formby:-D
Thanks, bought one yesterday..HOT grill..
i have this one they cheap for a reason ,they get too hot and cook to quickly save your money and get one with a temperature control vote cold for me
