Pathetic website which does not even show some of its own trains.
I complained 6 months ago and still services missing.
I have to go to Virgin to book London Midland train.

If the train is cancelled, lose all your money, won't even pay delay repayments on one pretext or the other.

To be fair, they relaunched their website a few weeks back and it now does offer their own trains first, at least on the West Coast via Northampton route. Many UK train websites (with the exception of the brilliant TakeTheTrain.co.uk) do always show you the higher Virgin fares by default.

No, their website was changed over 6 months ago. Even today they could not explain why certain London Midland trains were missing. Virgin shows them all. Eg Coventry to Euston at 7:42 on London Midland is missing.
All trains are shown in time order.

Well they are showing the trains I booked 3 weeks ago - less than half what I paid :-(
So definitely hot!
