  Well since I'm a gears fan, I think this deal is pretty reasonable. So hot from me, and I might actually consider this, I just need to read up on transferring data from one xbox to another.

  @ praxxtor when i did the deal i just saved all my game saves on a usb stick but now there is cloud you don't really have too plus if you have anything else you wanna get rid of in your game collection then it becomes even cheaper and the extra hd space is welcome here and is one reason i did get one a while back .....

  I guess it's OK if you really want a GOW console, but otherwise it would be cheaper just to buy the hard drive on it's own...

  true but in theory its only a little bit more to get this console so thats why i got one plus you get two controllers with it as well so good deal tbh.......

  Don't think many people realise this but when you turn off your xbox, don't turn it off from the mains if your using cloud.
  It performs a "background upload" for your cloud save. The green on button will flash on & off. Depending on the size of the file & internet speed, anything from 5 mins or longer.
  So if you switch off the mains straight after your turn off console & use another xbox to log on with your profile, it wont have the latest save.
  I don't always leave it on, only after every few days as I unplug my console when I'm done with it. Also the save file is actually saved on a separate partition on your harddrive so the "cloud" is actually a backup.

  Seriously, seriously. Gamestation are doing the same deal instore and they will gladly price match cex which are giving £130 trade in for a 360 slim 250gb. Just be sure to trade in the 360 slim first onto a trade card, then go browse and come back to buy the gears console. Reason for this is most staff members just dont like clever customers.
