I bought one of these suits, abosolutely nothing wrong with it except one of the sleeves was about half an inch shorter than the other 2.

When it arrived, one cuff was missing a button (4 on one side and 3 on the other) and it was big (eventhough it was supposed to be my size-40)..I returned it next day using their return postage label and it is over a week now and they denied receiving it

I had this happen to me. But a couple of days later they received it and called me to let me know. I have ordered several suits from them and I love their service

I have bought several of their suits and they are actually of very good quality. (I am beginning to sound like one of the people of the sites testimonials.) I agree though that you sometimes get size inconsistencies but the free returns allow you to keep returning till you get your size right.
I have some suits in 42L and some in 40L
