  It's very strange. In before and after shots, the person is supposed to look miserable in the before one, stand with bad posture and wear ill fitting clothing.
  
  Then, in the after shot, you just get them to smile, stand up (and suck in the gut) and wear better fitting clothing and you create an instant contrast.
  
  However, in this exercise, they do seem to have got a little confused.
