Cashback is nowhere near guaranteed so cant be factored into the deal price,

Also if you recieve any boxes from them and you leave before two years you will have to pay for them, (regardless of the fact that you pay a 'nominal' fee for them when you take delivery, also they will send you a threateningly worded letter asking you to return the items to them, when you re read it it is only seggesting you send it pack to them). Cashback last year paid out after three months, after i cancelled my one year contract after 11 months and two weeks, having paid line rental up front i have received my final amount to payback which is £128 . Regardless of the fact they put up my charges twice in the year and charged me for services i didnt have i could not wait to be away from them, constantly dropping signal and disconnecting, fluctuating constantly, and getting disconnected by their 'help' team numerous times. Would never go back to BT again, old boys network of robbers

I found their service to be really poor, ditched them the day my contract ended.

If any help I signed up for the 52Mb Fiber deal just before Christmas.
I had £125 on a pre paid credit card, and £50 cash back total £175.
The service is very good with no issues, and I often do a speed check and get the full speed at all times.

You can just quit penalty free next time they up the price, which knowing BT will only be a few months down the line.

Then they cannot charge anything for equipment and it is yours to keep.

My contract with virgin media is too expensive but it's better than this!

Beware BT will charge you over 30 pounds so call disconnection fee even your contract finished with them long time ago, it was what happen to me last month.
