750GB that you can carry with you is pretty useful in these times of video and 12+MP cameras. Cheapest offer (even allowing for delivery) for this model when compared on Google Shopping. £56.39 collected or £62.38 delivered. Was in their newsletter on Thursday so prices valid up to 8.30 Tuesday morning (21 Jun). Comes complete with USB mini cable. Rubberised finish for grip and presumably a bit of shock adsorbtion.

Original text of post:
Just saw someone had posted a 320GB portable for £36.14 and thought of this drive featured on the Saverstore newsletter today. OK someone's pointed out that the other drive is USB3 but a price check on this drive shows this is still the cheapest offer for this drive. Also when thinking about the price, bear in mind it's a pocket sized portable not a larger mains powered external (which are cheaper than portables). So still a hot deal.

Fair point. (The dangers of early morning browsing!). Still I've just done a price comparison on Google shopping and this Freecom 750 is still cheaper at Saverstore than anywhere else. And this being a pocket sized portable as opposed to a larger external, 750GB seems to me to be unusually large.

...unusually large.

Which usually, as here, translates as unusually expensive.
