Used this code and purchased these earlier.

Those with NUS cards currently get it at this price without the code... Wish I could use both and get 40% off lol
#4
Fantastic, thank you! Planning to order these, that's the cheapest I've seen them. Does anyone know why they're limited edition? They look like the regular ones to me?
#5

What about these babyliss one's.????
#13
They look like the normal ones to me too, they are up and down in price on Amazon all the time too.
#14
I've heard that GHD's aren't as good as they used to be because they are now made in China or something and they weren't before :|
#15
Fantastic price, thank you so much - there's one Christmas prezzie sorted! Heat added.
#16
what about this site...ghd555.com, has loads of types all reduced cheaper than this post. Again after some for the wife for xmas.
#17
fakes adam.
Proper ghds will last for years.
#18
DO NOT USE ghd555.com

on GHDs official website, they have a website checker that tells you if the seller is an official retailer. Just typed in http://www.ghd555.com and it came up as an unknown retailer, there are fakes around and I've been conned myself. Always check the website out first

fantastic price.. had mine over 8 years now
#20
There's loads of fakes about. Only buy from people listed on GHD's site - went through all this when I got the girlfriend's last Christmas.
#21
Bought the wife a pair of GHD's on the ASOS deal in February. Had to send them back to GHD this week as they developed an intermittent fault (ie would never work when REALLY needed).

Hopefully not too long before she gets a new pair.

The OH has tried them and she went back to GHD's fairly sharpish. I guess it depends on your hair type and what you require from the straighteners.
#25
hmm lol ur tempting me away from some special edition red ones for 99
#26
Great deal

I bought the wife a set of these last year, she still nips upstairs to use the daughters GHD's. Shows how good they really are, the GHD's that is :D

Seriously we have had numerous brands of straightners over the years with 3 girls in the household and nothing matches what GHD delivers especially if you have thick hair.

For those with faulty or duff GHD's which are out of warranty they can be repaired for as little as £20 or around a tenner if you do it yourself ;)

Scientifically speaking, there is no reason why GHDs should work much better than other Ceramic straigthenrs. Yes, they can heat more quickly but for 99% of people, it probably doesn't matter, because waiting 10-15 more seconds is not going to change anything, and as has already been mentioned, there are other straigtners in the market with similar temperature and warranty. My wife, who has falrly thick hair, used to use GHDs before they broke and she went to Braun Satinliner and has been extremely happy with them. At less than half the price, I would say those were much better value for money... but what do I know? I also think that Apple products are ripoffs.
