Thanks for posting. I’ve added the price and merchant to the title.
Here’s a ‘Help’ link which gives tips and advice on thread posting.

Thanks. Not sure if they will be in other argos clearance shops.
How do I change my email address registered with Hotukdeals?

Walsall Clearance Bargains branch had a load of these. All listed as refurbs, looked it too, makes me cringe thinking about buying used haircare items.
They were the gold version.

Don't buy these ones! Buy the mark4 GHDs (previous one) they are much better and last longer

Shame they only have 4 Clearance stores around the country. They would sell more than their normal stores X)

.....makes me cringe thinking about buying used haircare items.

I think your just nitpicking. Or is that part of the "refurb" process?

Can often get new ones with full warranty for about £10 more - is a refurb worth the price?

Keep an eye on ASOS or hairHQ (although loathe to suggest the Hut Group in general!) for voucher codes and you're talking around £79 usually....

Maybe you haven't seen the Clearance Bargains refurb system, basically shove it in a box and stamp refurb on the side.

Interestingly the Argos website claims you can't return brand new GHDs under their 30 day guarantee. So these must be used and repaired stock.

There's lots of things you can't return to Argos for 1 reason or another.

Cameras, camcorders, shavers etc

This is due to people using them and returning them when not wanted..eg buying a camera for a holiday and returning when you get back

You can take it back if faulty, but you won't get a refund...only replace

Yes I know and understand that.

The issue is how have these become refurbished stock?
