They're here to save the world!

Featuring both of the Ghostbuster films, which showcased the considerable talents of Saturday Night Live comedians Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd; as well as Sigourney Weaver and Rick Moranis.

Ghostbusters (Dir. Ivan Reitman, 1984): Who ya gonna call? Ghostbusters!

Gaggles of little green ghosts, spooks and a host of paranormal occurrences are on the rampage in New York. Can anyone save the world from these supernatural creatures? Only three unemployed, and enterprising, university parapsychologists are up to the task...!

Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis star as the freelance crusaders who team up and become 'The Ghostbusters'. Armed with ectoplasmic guns and patented booby traps, they walk a fine line between scientific genius and lunacy in their quest to rid the city of these slimey, supernatural monsters. You don't need extra sensory perception to see why Ghostbusters is loved by the critics, adults and kids alike. "Just don't cross the beams!"

Ghostbusters 2 (Dir. Ivan Reitman, 1989): Be ready to believe us.

Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis take up their proton packs once more to battle the forces of evil in Manhattan! After waging a war on slime that cost New York City millions, the Ghostbusters find themselves out of business - until an ancient tyrant, preparing to return to the Earthly domain through his portrait at the Manhattan Museum of Art, sets his sights on Dana Barrett's baby as the new home for his wicked soul! With the help of the Museum's possessed curator, he plans to turn New York into a really scary place to live! Now only the Ghostbusters can save New York City, by turning paranormal pest control into an art form!

Not bad I guess, however I'll stick to my guns on this one - Ghostbusters 2 is the worst film I have ever seen.

well said. He clearly hasn't seen troy, titanic, the english patient, batman and robin, beowulf, just off the top of my head.

Yeah there is a game out 19/06/09...
Ghostbusters 25th Anniversary: 2009 celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the original theatrical release of Ghostbusters. To mark the occasion, Ghostbusters: The Video Game will be released, and Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II will be released on Blu-ray disc.

hell no, it has some sort of time displacement spell it takes 3 hrs to watch it but it feels like 3 weeks. If someone made you read a book the size of the encyclopaedia Britannica except every single word had been replaced by the word 'dull' it would STILL be more entertaining than the English Patient.

That is blasphemy. Bill Murray is classic in both films, the slime thing is a bit lame but still "Pete it's great that you're here, we've got incredible news" "Can I have one try? All you can eat bbq rib night at the sizzler?". Sizzler

Good Price H+R, I got bought this as a present by my sister as I made her watch them a million times back in the 80/90s; whilst wearing a homemade outfit lol.

Yeah and they are already committed to another ghostbusters movie now but I believe it will be all new leads, with the original cast taking a minor role... I don't expect it to be a GB1 beater (nothing ever could hehe) but as long as it is better than 2 I won't complain!

Heat added!

Ray Stantz: Everything was fine with our system until the power grid was shut off by dickless here.
Walter Peck: They caused an explosion!
Mayor: Is this true?
Peter Venkman: Yes it's true. This man has no dick.

BEST...FILM...EVER!!!
