Ghostbusters: The Video Game was penned by original Ghostbusters writers Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd and reunites members of the original cast for the first time in 20 years.
Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson lend their voices and in-game likenesses to the original story set 2 years after Ghostbusters II, with Manhattan once again overrun by ghosts and supernatural forces. The team work as ghost hunters for hire, cleaning up Manhattan's buildings of slime-spewing spooks.
2009 also marks the 25th anniversary of the original theatrical release of Ghostbusters. The film spawned some of the most memorable comedic catch-phrases and scenes in motion picture history. When Manhattan is once again overrun by ghosts and other supernatural creatures, players will take on the role of a new recruit joining the famous Ghostbusters team.
Unique gameplay: experience unique ghost hunting, wrangling and trapping with upgradeable weapons in widely destructible environments and large scale boss fights.
All new storyline - set 2 years after Ghostbusters II, the game will feature an all new storyline as the player battles and captures well-loved and brand new ghosts throughout New York.

Good on the 360 though:thumbsup:

Its also worthwhile to remember that with an argos preorder you'll be paying at the time of order rather than the time of dispatch.

wii version looks kind of cool though, may well pick up this version as well as the 360 version.

Good on the 360 though:thumbsup:

Alot better but then thats down to the controls which will always be the wiis biggest fault, why they cant allow all games to be used with a classic controller is beyond me.

Isn't this actually £19.59 as the list price is £24.49 before the 20% discount is applied.

It's a good game too, I've almost completed it and it'd make a great purchase for anyone who likes 3rd person action games, especially as it has split screen co-op. I probably wouldn't pay more than £20 for it though.

That would sort of defeat the purpose , if you were meant to sit on your backside pushing sticks with your thumbs you might as well of bought a different console.

Hot.

It is a good game, but its only half the game that it is on the 360 ... literally. Still, not bad if you dont have a 360 and at the price quiet a good accompliment to the 360 version. As for Argos preorder system ... thats something else entirely.

Not in the slightest. People want a Wii for its innovative controls - that doesn't mean every game needs to use them. Nintendo and game companies need to realise that the Wii needs to use standard controllers for some games, and this is certainly one of them. That doesn't mean that people shouldn't buy the Wii for its main purposes. Some people can't afford to buy both a Wii and another games controller though. This game is good on the 360 though.

Anyway, this is a good deal - I can't see it cheaper anywhere.

No, Sony bought the distributor, delayed the other console versions and acted like it was an exclusive but didn't actually cancel them all togther.

Your one of the very few people with that thought , next youll be wanting the stick control on call of duty and medal of honour , in fact why not go the whole hog and remove the mouse and keyboard from a pc, then maybe we will make the ps3/360 owners happy because we know they cant think outside the box :D
