I was eying this one up earlier, still haven't decided. Got a wireless mouse at the moment, sometimes 'shakey' but not shakey enough for me to go back to wired ;)

This has been about for 6 months or more so its not a new deal but for a gaming mouse on a budget its as good as it gets at this price and it has a decent reputation.

Laser version of the same mouse is only 2 quid more if anyone's interested: http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/7976590/-/Product.html

I have both this mouse and the laser version, I can definitely recommend them.

They are responsive, well built, and are comfortable to use for gaming over long periods. I have owned Raptor and expensive Logitech mice previously and I prefer these.

(it is lighter in weight than other mice, worth mentioning as some users prefer heavier mice).

Great value for money and used as my primary mouse every day.

This was actually cheaper last year - £6.99, I think, so not really a great new deal.

For those who missed it back then though, this is a decent mouse which has served me well since buying it. As with lots of mice, the scroll wheel is a bit clunky to click, but that's not a major issue. Unfortunatley, it only has vertical scrolling, but that again isn't a major drawback.

The one issue I had with it was that it was just too light and plasticky feeling. Opening it up and gluing a few 2p pieces on the inside of the casing has sorted that out though!

What is the difference between laser version and the dual lense version?
#11
I've had this mouse for a few weeks now to replace my broken Logitech RX1000, which replaced my two broken wireless Cherry mice, and so far I'm fairly impressed. It does feel quite plastic-ish, and I'd say the build quality isn't great, but it was only £7.99, and for that price, I'd have to recommend it.

i got the 9.99 one from there and it is superb
