Decent price, but I think the upgrade to 1060 is worth it. The 1050 isn't much better than than the low to mid 8 or 9 series cards, but the 1060 gives a massive boost to performance and efficiency over equivalent mid-range models.

I'd suggest getting one of the Amazon warehouse deals for a 970 for a little bit more if you can accommodate it. if you keep an eye out they can be had for under £160

Yeah I'd agree the step up is worth it, just depends on whether you can afford it I guess

I don't now if there were in the past, but all 970 currently in warehouse are for around £350-400
