Hi All,
First post - hope I'm going about this the right way. I've found many good deals in the past via this forum so wanted to share what seems a good deal to me.

A pack of 8 Gillette Fusion blades vary but are usually around £15+ I believe, so this seems a fair bit cheaper and includes free postage if you use Supersaver delivery option.
Works out about £1.28 per blade. This is for manual blades only. (Edit: Actually, it seems these blades are okay for Power or Manual according to Product Description on Amazon and posts below.)

Stocking fillers? Or just worth stocking up yourself at this price.

Edit: I seem to be struggling to get the links to work right, apologies. But the direct link if this helps is:

Asda have a razor handle with 5 blades at the moment for 84p. Not Gilette but some unknown make. very good tho.

What does manual only mean?

That it won;t work on the various gillete fusion stealth, gillete fusion power versions?
Never thought I'd see the day when I'm confused by wet razor teachnology! lol

I use fusion blades in my fusion power - it's only a matter of colour difference...

I thought you basically had to buy the manual blades for the manual razor and power blades for the power razor. But having said that, the Product Description area on Amazon actually says of these:
"Gillette's best shave amongst manual razors. Use with Fusion or Fusion Power Razors. This pack contains 8 replacement Gillette Fusion cartridges" which is interesting.

Can anyone confirm?
EDIT: Ah, thanks silverbandit, looks like they will work in either power or manual razor

Heat and rep from me, great first deal mate, keep them coming!
#8
Its the same. The blades are interchangeable.

Sorry about the spam flag being clicked - my son decided to click on the spam link before I could get to the computer and stop him.

Heat and rep added.

nice i bought the 4 pack for £8 about a month ago im getting these in advance!

also out of curiosity, I would like to know the difference in the Fusion and Fusion Power BLADES, i know the fusion blades can be used in the fusion power razor but then why do they sell fusion power blades as an option if fusion blades work in the power razor and are cheaper? As far as im aware its just a colour difference.

A little expensive for me as they still go blunt on first shave/stroke, which Is why I use these below.

No difference other than the colour, and of course the price with the power ones costing more!

Thanks for the confirmations of these working in the other gilette fusion fazors. Heat and rep added OP. Thanks
#20
bought 2 packs
nice price
#21
Excellent timing, just on my last blade. Good price.

I'll add rep or heat or whatever if I figure out how.

Thanks.
#22
happy to have the stubbly chin, but hot for the smooth facers
#23
2 packs for me as well.
#24
These cost an absolute bomb, but as others have said the only thing special about the power versions is the colour of them. They still vibrate.
#25
It was time I changed my old Mach 3, perfect timing. Bought the razor for just a couple of quid as well.
#26
Great post just ordered mine as well :-D
#27
Perfect timing..good find. They cost an arm and a leg in Tesco.

There is in fact a difference between the power and non power blades. The Fusion Power ones have Gillette's EasyGlide coating whereas the regular ones don't. If you normally use power ones you will notice the difference if you have a tough growth

Well after my recent posting on this thread starting they are the same apart from colour and price, and your subsequent post that I now reply to: You are in fact quite correct. A bit of research on Gilette website confirms exactly what you say. I must admit I have not been so impressed with the shave quality of the non powered blades and had always put it down to 'oh I'm just used to this product now' as the 1st time I used it it was a revelation. I'm gonna cancel my order now and try 4 powered one's. Rep for you.

yes, my hubby noticed a difference in the blades, still a good price though.
#31
Ordered one each for my old dad and myself - voted hot.
#32
These last a good while too so end up being pretty good value - heat added :)
#33

(new user can anyone tell me how to add heat please)
#34
Good price.

None sold by Amazon in stock any more (unless you want to wait 4 to 7 weeks!). Cheapest from Amazon is now £10.99 + £3.06 postage = £14.05

These packs (containing 8 blades) state the pack should last you "upto 6 months" but I've never paid particular attention to how long between buying new ones there is for me. I do know I very rarely seem to buy new razors, though.
