I wonder if anyone can help, I'm confused with all this. My two boys have an xbox 360 that came with one headset. I've bought this one now hoping they can both join the party. We have one xbox live account and use my elder sons profile but shouldn't my younger one be able to at least hear what is going on with the other headset. Both headsets appear to work but when they are both plugged in to the two controllers only one of them seems to be working.

Not sure why they don't allow players who sign in as guests to join a party if the main player has gold but they don't you need your own gamer profile with xbox gold

Tho one way he could be able to listen to what other players are saying in the party is to set the xbox to play speech through both the headset and the television speakers

It seems crazy that I have to fork out £40 for each child just to be able to play together with their friends. I thought it would be a case of plug in the new headset and away they go. Shows how much I know! They will have to carry on as they are for now as there just isn't a never ending supply of money! Thanks anyway!

Anyone know if this is compatible with a PC, when using either a Wired or Wireless Xbox360 controller? Thanks

You don't have to pay £40 for gold you can buy it online for around £25 per yr of cakes. hope that helps

I would of preferred £25 for a year of cakes to be honest :p

Have some heat - I don't really need this, however for £5 it seems a bargain. I probably go through £10 worth of Alkaline batteries in a year...

Rubbish! Ours has lasted all of 5 mins!
