Well did those of you lucky enough to get tickets for last night at Birmingham have a great laugh or what?!
Me and Mr Pinksparkles had a brilliant night, never laughed so much in all our lives, the compare was hilarious, 2nd comedian Jnr Simson was really funny, but oh my god Lee Evans was just on fire.... one of our best nights out to date, loved every minute, so thanks again to the OP, as without this post I would never had found out about the tickets, and would have missed out on a fabulous night! <3
Awww thanks for the info, really appreciate it! :)
It's a surprise for my hubby, one of his birthday presents....he loves (well not actual love!! lol) Lee Evans, so want it to be a perfect night he'll always remember, seeing his favourite comedian for the first time! :)
Thanks again x

Hi, thanks very much for that, good to know!
Haven't decided if we'll eat there or go somewhere else first :)
What time did you get there to queue?
Cheers x

We got there just after 6.30, you can have a drink in the Glee club bar or in one of the bars in the Arcadian. I wouldnt worry too much about queuing, as I said it wont influence where you sit, just make sure you are there before 7.45. This is the Arcadian here. If you look at the picture at the top, the Glee club is at the top of those stairs and to the right.

Thanks for the reply :) are you all seated at tables??.... had a look online at pre-ordering food and drinks (think I will certainly do that now as can't be doin having to queue up for stuff when we can hopefully have it brought to our table)
Is it first come first served so to speak, i.e the earlier you get there the better choice of seat you can get? or are you allocated seats beforehand? Do you know, or have you spotted the Travelodge that is supposed to be a stones throw from the club? .. just wondering if we can walk to it? Sorry for all my questions, appreciate the answers if poss

Hi, I went to see him at the Glee club in Brum on Saturday, I also went 3 years ago. He was great, it doesnt matter if he is just trying stuff out and reading off pieces of paper, he just makes you laugh. Opens at 7pm and the latest you can get in is 7.45. You tell them your name as you go in and then someone shows you to your seats. Its not first come first served, the seats are already allocated to you. If you have pre-ordered food it will be brought to your table about 15 minutes after you sit down. I would recommend the platter as you get loads of tasty bbq chicken wings and ribs with chips, salad, corn on cob and onion rings! The only downside is that they obviously try to make the most of Lees pulling powers and cram as many tables and chairs in as possible so leg room is at a premium. It doesnt matter where you sit though as you are always close to the stage. If you are lucky to be near the front dont be afraid to stand up at the end and ask for his autograph or a photo, he always seems to oblige. Hope this helps!

Listening to the you tube preview i can see why they are free.....

Please excuse my ignorance but what point are you trying to make? Oh I see, it's a snide remark from somebody who obviously doesn't like The Futureheads. PS
Loving the tea towel t-shirt on your Avatar.

Correct that was the point I was trying to make.
PS It's not a tea towel it's a pair of curtains.

Sorry but it looks as though it is now sold out. Please expire.
Same here. Where does the code go
Same as above, where do I enter the code?
Can't see where to enter the code.

Glee Club Very Special Guest Trying New Material £8.50 - £15.50

For one reason or another we can't list who this special guest is. But you can pretty much be assured it's a comic who's either a huge telly star or infinitely more talented than the gutter trash hawk…

If you do not want to know who it is look away now

I went last week in Cardiff and it was Jack Dee, he will be performing all of the dates.
I've had really mixed experiences watching comedians trying out new material for the first time.

Would certainly take a chance on this for under £10, but 'big comedian with new, untested, unrefined material' does not necessarily translate into a good night out!

It'll probably be Stephen Merchent, seeing as he has a big new tour coming up.

Almost certainly not, I'd say, as he's in the middle of his tour at the moment.

Hot from me, it might be Michael McIntyre!!

It might even be this chap

Cold from me, it might be Lee Nelson

Corrected.
