2155. From the ashes of the devastating Third Great War rose the Commonwealth, an oppressive world government determined to control the entire planet. The few remaining independent factions retaliate the only way they can, with elite teams of special operatives trained in advanced warfare tactics and equipped with high-tech weaponry. The future of humanity is their battleground, where knowledge is power, technology is a race, and everyone has a Global Agenda.

Is this game any good? Or more important good enough to get me off Champions or WoW? :{

It's ok, kind of Starsiege Tribes with levelling, meets Unreal Tournament, it seems to lack alot of content on the MMO side, there is little equipment variation or difference, and outside of the instanced missions (4 players), or team based PvP (15 vs15), it has one large Arizona style map to quest in and one dome city to find vendors in, it seems to lack the social side or much of an MMO feel.

Saying all the above though it is good fun, PvP matches are intense and there is a clan based world warfare side that I haven't experienced, but sounds a little more involved and inbetween PvP and missions, you can do quests in the openworld map, for a fiver this is a bargain.
I played the Beta a little and thought it was pretty cool, I've heard that there's been HUGE improvements since the game was first released, so grabbing it now as for a 5 spot it should be sweet, plus there's no subscription fee anymore :)
