Num Nums is shy but sweet, and she'll sneak her way into your heart with all her hamster kisses.

You wont be able to get these at Christmas so order now to be quick =)

I wonder what these will be going for on ebay in a months time.....

Sorry, but can't vote hot for something that is priced at the RRP and isn't even in stock.

And yes, I know that these are expected to be the hot gift this Christmas.

** Caution ** Aparently these have been sitting at 1-2 weeks for ages. Someone in my work ordered on a 1-2 week delevery of these from play, and after a month just cancelled his order. Aparently there is a discussion around this on th MSE site.

Why are kids so into these?
#5
only says "Usually" dispatched within 1-2 weeks and @ rrp = not a deal
#6
They are rather limited. Why not buy a normal hamster and set it free after a day or 2 when the children are bored ;o)

Had stock in my local Asda at £9.99, presumable nationwide

"realistic hamsters"

Ha! Look just like the real thing going from the picture! :-D
#9
What happended to REAL hamsters?! (throws arms up and turns away in disgust)
#10
Hamster is a funny word - I've never really thought about it before

Good find -- I was looking for these and the only place I could find one was through an Amazon seller, for £49.99!

Now I just have to really hope that they do come in 1-2 weeks...

I did. But you never know. So I'm still going to hope.
I'm optimistic like that.

I think they're currently going for around £30! Also experienced Plays "should be delivered in " and gave up waiting so I wouldn't rely on it.

No pleasing some people......these have been a nightmare to get hold of at the RRP - on Ebay they are selling for £30 and Amazon sellers are asking over £50, so to get one delivered for under a tenner this close to Christmas is fab!

Heat added, ordered and thanks for posting, much appreciated.

i have had these on order for 2 weeks with a 1-2 week delivered due too - not relying on them coming so bought another when i saw one - if this comes its a bonus and i'll give it to my nephew (he hasn't asked for one but i am sure he'd like one).

Not voted either way,

I don't think it's the children that want so much as the parents that are confuddled by all the hoopla about them and think that if they don't get their child one of these hamsters then somehow they are not a good parent!

Been waiting for the house for months from play.com. Has anyone been lucky enough to receive one?

Play. com still have in stock Num Nums & Pipsqueak , I have just ordered Pipsqeak, they have gone up in price to £22.99 but p&p is free ! but as someone else has said Amazon has them for sale around £50.00 which is just mad and I would never ever pay that price, also it says delivery 2 working days so fingers crossed.
