This is my first post so be Gentle :-)

Childrens Junior Strawberry Chewable Omega 3 - Available instore & online at this Bargain Price!!!
60 chewable capsules
Strawberry Omega 3 goodness

Easy to take
For four year olds and over
Natural Omega 3 fish oil

Omega-3s are essential fatty acids found mainly in oily fish. They are important nutrients for growing children. Many of us, especially children, do not eat oily fish as often as we should. The government advises that at least two servings of fish, one of which should be oily, is consumed every week. (Equivalent to approximately 3g Long Chain Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids). Taken every day, GO3 Junior can help children get the levels of Omega-3 DHA and EPA their bodies need. And because they are chewy and strawberry flavoured, kids enjoy taking them.

These are a con. Omega 3 supplements are useless- eat fish instead

Problem is, some kids don't like fish. So its better to give them these than have them go without. Most foods with Omega3 are not particularly appealing to children. I think you can bread with it now, but its much more expensive than normal bread.

The supplemented bread is also a money making con. The whole omega supplementation idea is not based on evidence- its based on making money from ill-informed people.
The average kid in the UK gets all the vitamins and minerals they need from their regular diet- this is based on proper medical study- allthough the tabloids will have you believe we are in the midst of a health crisis!

We are in the midst of a health crisis - about 40% of the country is obese......not stunning

p.s I'm not saying omega 3 will help with obesity....!

Actually 17% of men and 21% of women are obese. 46% of men and 32% if women are overweight though. http://www.annecollins.com/obesity/uk-obesity-statistics.htm
As for Omega 3, most people get enough omega 6 but not enough omega 3 so its not pointless and may benefit children's health and is a hot deal.

Plain ridiculous to say people dont get enough Omega 3.
Probably dangerous to suggest that it may benefit a child's health.
Thank god you're not a doctor (or parent)
