I was in a BMW garage the other day and they were giving them away. May be worth a punt if you're passing your local garage. They were pretty smart too. :)

I think these are great for 4 bucks. Cheap basic VR experience.

I spent a fiver on a cardboard headset. Yes I could have spent £15 or so for a plastic one but I wanted to actually try it and find out what the fuss was about. I liked it and then bought a Gear VR. I'd sooner drop less than a fiver on one of the cardboard units to try it than one of the plastic ones which would wind up being equally as unused once I went for the Gear VR. And same for anyone considering a Rift or Vive, it's a cheap trial of what it's like.

Concur. But I got mine for £3.99 from B&M ...Poundland had them for a pound more. Still doing them I think.
