Ooooh I have to have some of those, loved them originally and was sad to see them disappear. Downside - I can see a weight gain coming on caused by eating bowls and bowls of Golden Grahams.

Heaven flakes. I did a double take when I saw the cereal box at home which me dad had picked up on his weekly shopping, that morning thinking I was going to have to settle for weetabix... I might have needed the emergency services...

Yeah, I thought it was salt too but wasn't sure in my post. The gospel that is Wikipedia has that down as being a rumour though and details the discontinuing as being down to "the cost of production and low demand".

Every day's a school day.

The cereal had been discontinued in the UK several years ago due to the cost of production and low demand, but was relaunched in 2010. There was rumor that the salt content prevented it from being sold in the UK, but this is untrue.
Since its demise in the UK, several on-line sites (based in the UK) have begun importing the cereal (from Europe and America) and offering it for sale. A 340g box can cost upwards of £10 including postage.

Yeah its always the same they discontinue the good stuff down to "lack of demand" yet it always seems to be these items that get an overwhelming demand to revive it. Wispa etc if they would only bring back big red chewing gum and luck charms id be happy

They didn't have any left in my local tesco. Tried ordering online yesterday, the next available delivery was on 8th and the offer finishes by then. Hmm.... may have to order at full price.
