This is Golden Wonder's range of light crisps, with less than 95 calories and 4g fat per pack. Poundland are currently doing the 6 + 3 free packs instore:

3 x sea salt
3 x salt & vinegar
3 x sour cream & chive

I used to get these from Tesco but they were discontinued some time last year, so was thrilled to find them in Poundland

When I was little all you could get was Golden Wonder and Smiths crisps..Walkers was a Northern brand and hence was unheard of.

My favourites were the Green Golden Wonder which were Cheese and Onion. Tasted far better (IMHO) than the blue Walkers.

Wonder if GW still tastle the same?

The other thing I remember was "Corona" lemonade..

mmm golden wonder, best crisps by far...much better than walkers! and at least they're the right colour (green = cheese and onion, blue = salt and vinegar) i still get a bit confused :S

I can only ever find them up north - if there a reason why they don't seem to be available at many places in the south?

Golden wonder are not the same crisps we used to get a few years back, the brand was sold to an northern Irish company and now the crisps taste very cheap, they used to be as good as Walkers but certainly not these days, if you do like them this is a good deal.
