great price, very tempted h and r added

Does the seat bit flip up so you don't slide forward when you have the bench at an incline?
#13
is it just the bench, or do dumbells come with this?

it states weights are not included...

so getting up to go pickup some dumbells is hard work now???

I don't quite see the point of this... I bought a full bench with curls/flys for half the price of this. Just keep the weights on the floor beside you...

Your so massive and must use a re-inforced work bench to work out.

Thats what you wanted to hear right?

Classic! Or the other thing, "Why, how much do you lift?" and then you impress us with your feats of gym achievement.

why is everybody getting on this guys case, maybe he is telling the truth and you seven stone weakings are all jealous!lol:-D

There just jealous, because they are too fat and lazy to ever put in the YEARS of hard work to get a good body...

Pathetic really...

Anyway, If you're going to spend £45 as a beginner, you are much better off getting a utility bench and a power rack. Leave the isolated dumbell work out for the bodybuilders and those that dont know what their doing.

This will allow you to bench press safely without a spotter, and will allow you to do the essential exercise if you want to grow; the squat!!

Curls are flys are not needed in a workout, unless you have reached an intermediate/advanced level. And if you're at this point, you wont be doing them on a bench!

Stick with the compound exercises!

There is so many poorly informed people, that believe the rubbish all-in-one benches you can buy from argos will actually produce good results.

woah woah wooooah!!! Just because someone was very nice to post on here that its good for the beginner to intermediate instead of the person who likes going to the gym and thats one of their hobbies... no need to slate him! .... so you've got a pic of your car there... I'm not going to put on here that you should be driving round in an Aston ... or did you want to tell me about how fast your 0-60 times are?
