didnt know you needed a special bench to lift dumbells on

Whats wrong with a normal chair or standing , i mean come on a bench for dumbells :whistling:

The RRP is way over the top anyway , about right price for a dumbell bench in my view

not a bad price, but you're never going to get anything thats as good as the ones in the gym for that price.

You'll struggle to get your legs on the supports if you're over 6ft too

...good deal on rrp so voted hot mind

I wouldn't lift too many of those Dumbells if I were you. I mean look what the straining has done to Marty Feldman!

:whistling:

It's not just used to sit on like a chair, you can slope it to say 45 degrees and lie back on it and push the dumbells up vertically thus working different muscles to what you would use if you sat upright - upper chest and front deltoids.

Have you ever been to a gym?
Does a normal chair allow you to recline the back from upright to flat and many angles in between?

One of the most uneducated posts ever on Hotukdeals, you clearly have never been to a gym let alone lifted a dumbell or done any sort of research on fitness....

Now is today a chest day or a leg day...neither..I'll try and chat up the girl on the cardio machine with "Do you come here often?"

Ive been to the gym but yep i do chat away when i go so i tend not to bother , i cant focus if i have to many people round me , but i do jog and i do lift weights ,i dont need a bench to do either!!

They are only bloody dumbells , lift some proper weights if your that serious ,a proper bench that you actually see in a gym , not one just for dumbells , i couldnt careless if i dont know about weights and what to use and not to use , all i bloody do is lift them , i have a life , i dont want to spend all my time lifting upside down , leftways backways ,blah blah blah.

And my body is good thanks , alot better to most of the guys out there who seem to have pot bellys from drinking to much beer!

Yeah, well I use the ironing board for my bench presses, gives great support, aslos use the kettle instead of kettle bells....you seem to have missed the point of my post!
