We wanted to create something a bit different, and it all started with a rather amazing pizza base. Lots of yeast and stone baked for a classic rustic ciabatta texture, it was light and chewy - pure perfection. But a fantastic new base deserves a really special topping. So where better to go for inspiration than Italy? We explored the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany and discovered La Bottega restaurant nestled in a tiny and charming medieval village. It was just what we were looking for - delicious and authentic meals using finest produce.
Head Chef H?ne worked with us for six months to create toppings recipes that would complement our unique base, and so the Goodfella's and La Bottega pizza was born. Dim the lights, relax, imagine cypress trees swaying in the breeze and enjoy an authentic taste of Italy with a modern twist. Buon Appetito!
