Good price as elsewhere: -
Amazon UK £9.93
HMV £9.99
Shopto £11.23
MyMemory £14.95
GameStation £21.99

From Nicholas Pileggi's true-life bestseller Wiseguy, GoodFellas explores the criminal life like no other movie. Directed and co-written by Martin Scorsese, it was judged 1990's Best Picture by the New York, Los Angeles and National Society of Film Critics and named to the American Film Institute's Top-100 American Films List. Electrifying performances abound, and from a standout cast that includes Robert De Niro, Ray Liotta, Lorraine Bracco and Paul Sorvino, Joe Pesci walked off with the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award.

Amazing film :)

Am I right in thinking this code is £2 off any Blu Ray and if so shouldn't this deal be posted as such and not on individual titles?

Can anyone tell me how a film made so long ago can now be HD? Was it filmed in HD originally? Goes with all other films that were made years ago, how can they now be HD?

I don't know the technical term, but I'm sure if you google it all will be answered. But it's something to do with the fact that it's filmed on.... well.... film. And that's not digital, it's a continous image.

Because motion picture film has always been extremely high resolution. High Definition as we know it today is still a comprise on the original film resolution.

It's quite simple. 35mm film by nature (and industry-grade cameras) was designed to be projected on cinema screens, so the definition of those films is far superior to HD (though we're looking at images rather than pixels)... So basically the original media is superior in resolution to the media it is being converted to (Blu-Ray in this instance).

Google although a great tool sometimes doesn't say things quite as clear! Thanks all

Is there an easier way to get £2 off each blu ray than buying them seperately?
The other discount codes aren't as good.
