Remember the 32" Blaupunkt £99 tv from Tesco at Christmas time? I invested in one of these as the sound was so poor.

Cannot understand why slimline TV's have such poor sound quality that you need to purchase a sound bar - if you cannot hear with clarity the sound what is all that about, bit of a con to me. It is like buying a top of the range car with a cheap spec.

Because decent speakers need a bit of depth which you can't do with a slimline tv without ruining the look. Also this sound bar would be redundant when you bought a new telly because off lack of optical.

tesco have some instore for £60 cant remeber the product but its the same LG soundbar asda have in for £69.
(looks like this one but not 100% sure LG NB2020A )

got a similar one I use for music via bluetooth. just play music on my phone, love it. screw those things with docks!
