All togs available and discounted in all sizes, single, double, king and superking. Unlike regular father and down mix duvets (85% & 15%), this has 75% feather and 25% down. Shop as much as you like as its £4.95 per order, not weight, size etc.

Single 4.5 tog £15.20
9 tog £22.40
13.5 tog £20.80 (was £69)
All seasons £34.40 (4.5 tog duvet for the summer and a 9 tog for autumn and spring, and can be buttoned together to provide 13.5 tog for the winter)

Double 9 tog £26.40
13 tog £25.60 (was 79)
All seasons £43.20

King 13.5 tog £32.80

+ Other combinations available.

7% QUIDCO too

Siberian goose and hungarian etc available too at discounted rates.

Goose Feather and Down duvets are generally a comfort, although a decent one will still cost you quite allot and the prices start spirally when you go for the best luxury ones such as siberian goose and hungarian goose down.

This is the cheapest ive come across, that doesnt feel like inferior quality, the products have had good reviews , the duvets have more down then usual feather and down duvets (usually its split 85/15, this one is 75/25, which is better), they are guaranteed for 10 years and come with cassette design, which means the fillings are equally distributed between the duvet in square pockets and wont get lumpy on one end, etc.

Anyway, i picked up an all seasons single (which includes 4.5 tog duvet for the summer and a 9 tog for auturm and spring, and can be buttoned together to provide 13.5 tog for the winter) for £34.40. There is a £4.95 delivery charge PER ORDER, so you can spread that cost if you bought something else. For example, theres 100% egyptian cotton towels with a 550gsm weight starting at only £0.70 or their goose pillow and down pillow, reduced from £35 to £7.20. Generally i found the website to be quite pleasant and informative to use. Oh and dont forget 7% quidco too

Deal of the Month on the website says theres a 15% discount on towels too "To qualify, just type AW08TWL into the Promotional Code box when you view the contents of your shopping cart - the 15% discount will be automatically applied on all towels." Dont know if it works though.

By the way, before anyone says "do you work for them", the answer is no i dont lol, im just sick and tired of going to places like house of fraser, Debenhams etc with their 'massive' sales on, selling this stuff for £100+ and even online finding low quality ones more expensive then this. So if like me, someones put off buying something like this due to the price, ill be glad if it helped someone out.

---------------

Hi, i dont know if you lot know your duvets but theres a few types. It can get quite confusing with all the terms, togs, etc so if nothing else, i hope this post can help you decide whats best for you, for when you need a duvet, if its not now. The duvet mentioned above is quite good in terms of bedding.

Generally, in order of comfort/superiority, this is generally the higherarchy in ascending order:

Hollowfibre
Microfibre
Duck feather and down
Goose Feather and Down
Siberian Goose
Hungarian Goose.

The more down that is provided the more luxurious, softer, lighter the duvet is supposed to be and the more expensive. They come in several togs, i.e 4.5, 9, 10.5, 13.5, 15 etc. For the Uk, generally people use 4.5 for summer, 9-10.5 for spring/autumn and 13.5 for winter.

The togs are not classed by their weight necessarily, rather how much heat they can provide/retain, so a 13.5 tog hungarian 100 % down duvet which may be a third of the weight of a 13.5 tog hollowfibre duvet, and half the thickness, will provide the same amount of warmth.

Sorry for babbling on a bit, its Friday night and my mates are on holiday and im stuck in. All reps appreciated & thank you in advance-just please mention ur name.

duvet & pillow warehouse are fantastic. really good stuff miles cheaper than on high street

We got a goose down pillow from them two years ago that burst last week - they have replaced free of charge with no quibbles

They will email you when they dispatch it with a tracking number and it should arrive the next day, after that email. Mine was here on the 3rd working day. They use parcelforce.

Out of curiosity, what did you order?

Fantastic find. I've just ordered a double 13.5 tog. At that price I was tempted to replace the single duvets as well, but will wait and see what I think when it's delivered (hoping they haven't sold out by mid next week!)

Heat and rep added.

I'm a bit unclear on if they are machine washable or not, looks an excellent buy but i wouldn't want the hassle and extra expense of taking it to the dry cleaner.

The care section says the following

-----------------------------------------------

We know that once you’ve found your perfect duvet, you’ll want to keep it in tip-top condition. Here’s how.
First, unless you have a super-sized washing machine, it’s best to take your duvets and pillows to a dry-cleaner. They should be washed at a temperature of 40 degrees and dried on a gentle setting.

Second, if you shake and turn them every week and air them on a spacious washing-line once a month, your bedding will stay fresh in-between times.

If you have any questions at all, please give us a call or send us an email. The DPW team knows everything there is to know about duvets and pillows, and we love hearing from customers! Whatever your question, don’t hesitate to send us some email. We promise to try not to bore you...

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Hope this helps

Thank you. Do come back and let us all know how you found them, once you've tried and tested

I also ordered some double sheets in classic white. 233 thread count - so should be okay. At £6.76 each it's worth trying them and just keeping them for the spare room if I am not happy with them. Will let you know what I think when they arrive.
#12
Yeah, i read that, but i dont have a super sized washing machine so i suppose that confirms it would mean then the dry cleaner then especially as i have a king size.
#13
I got a 9 tog double for the spring and a couple of pillows to go with!
I'm loving the 10 year guarantee too!
#14
do they do any combos? ie. 4.5 + 9 tog (making a 13.5 tog!)

Edit: oops nevermind that's what they call an 'all seasons' duvet

Well what do you do at the moment? Does your current duvet fit in your washing machine? If it does, then so will this. Besides, most people change duvet covers more often then the actual duvet itself, so i dont think you would do anything different to what your doing now :)

Yeah, look for "all seasons" duvet in the size you're after, its even greater value. Thats what i got too.

lol....thats what i looked at and thought....hmm they are asking for trouble....and then i thought, maybe they are that sure of themselves or that good. I then looked at reviews, and no one seemed to be complaining about their products, just their 'slow' delivery service. Mind you the reviews were quite old, and i didnt experience any slowness.

looks good , cheers

You could always make a visit to a launderette. Pop the quilt in the machine and go for a shopping trip or a cup of tea somewhere close by.

13.5 tog down duvet?? Heavens where do you live, Antartica?? Do you have a down duvet now - they're a LOT warmer than normal ones. We have a 4 tog one and it's more than warm enough even in a really cold winter. I'd melt in a 13.5 tog one!
Would never have any other kind of duvet now and these are a fantastic price

Amazing quilts. Amazing quality.

When i orded last year had problems with online payment. It said problem with payment so tried again ended up having 2 delivered.

But apart from that could not be happier.

4tog is for babies? We had a 15tog on (combined) but removed the 4.5 tog button on one now as it was too hot.

Thankyou. Ordered a 9 tog goose duvet, fitted sheet, duck topper, microfibre topper and a few face flannels - all for under £90. Nearly spent more than that on one topper from QVC. 10 year guarantee aswell - can't go wrong! x

I find feather duvets too noisy - they rustle with every slight movement. But I'm wondering whether that's just the cheaper ones?
#34
The code for the discount on towels does not work. Anyone else having this problem?
#35
Thank you so much.

My duvet has seen it's best days now and I've been looking for a replacement. With this deal I was able to upgrade to a white goose down and have two new pillows. I went for an All Seasons as this seemed like a great idea for the British weather !!

Anyone allergic to dust mites? I had a bad experience with a duck feather duvet at my aunties got really bad asthma. After a trip to a Scottish cottage and having no problems with theirs I bought a duck duvet from Debanhams and an anti-allergen duvet protector off ebay, we took it off after 3 nights it was basically a thick plastic sheet :x I realise the dust mites will eventually take over the duvet and make my asthma worse (I have a confirmed allergy to dust mites) but I love the warmth and comfort of the duck duvet so anyone know a good anti-allergen duvet protector?
