Just ordered a set of these as Gore kit is pretty good stuff and is rarely on a half price sale. They currently have every size and colour in stock even medium!!! The RRP is £47.99 so with topcashback it'll work out about £23.09. They are mountain bike specific but apart from the non padded palms they will be fine for roadies and walking the dog. They also have high vis sets for the same price and all sizes in stock.

Would these be warm enough for the temperatures down to -20?

Most people recommend these for down to zero but it depends what you're doing. They would be fine for cross country skiing in cold dry conditions to about -10 or any kind of activity where you're expecting to work hard. There's another set more expensive but warmer gloves for £43.99 with a bit more insulation at http://www.evanscycles.com/products/gore-bike-wear/alp-x-gore-tex-full-finger-gloves-ec040942#features
but again if you're doing something active then these would work but at -20 you might be looking at some serious kit like rab expedition etc.
I bought these a couple of weeks ago. 2c your fingers will get cold any lower and your hands will feel very cold.

Would these be warm if wet at 0 degrees and wet sleet
I have these and my fingers have been a little cold in the recent weather. They are not waterproof.
Have these and they are very comfy, warm and excellent grip. I have been riding @ 0 deg without any discomfort and my hands get cold very easily.
I bought the SealSkinz breathable, windproof ones that were on here for £9.99 from Rutland - very good so far.
I have these gloves and don't rate them too highly.

My fingers get cold quickly and they also soak water much quicker than I'd like (and quicker than other windstopper gear that I have too).

For all that, they are quite cheap though. I would put a minimum temp of around -3C. Any colder and you'll need something better.
