Haven't read anything that negative about it really besides it's appearance. From the reviews i've seen it does what it says on the tin.

Just bought 2 one for me + one for my grandad for crimbo voted hot n rep left thanks.

As said above will do what it says on the tin, WITHOUT any of the bells and whistles of the MUCH more expensive competition!

Anybody know much about this side of things?


Im guessing that it means that you can use it with programs like microsoft autoroute as a satnav. Just a thought. Feel free to correct me if Im wrong!:roll:

And soon will be here as well from what I've heard...

Strange though, the police are all in favour of sat nav warning you about speed cameras but not units capable of detecting them, as sat navs only warn you about an area being an accident blackspot?

This is technically not a 'detector', so wouldn't be subject to the new regulations.
It works by comparing your current GPS position to a list of known speed cameras.

Ah right sorry m8, mis-read it. Good bargain for that price then :) Just need to keep it up to date.
