A1 are open boxed units which have been returned usually due to been unwanted. The units may have at very worst case have very faint minor /non-permanent blemishes. All units then undergo a full 25-point inspection by our experienced tech team ensuring they are in full working order. Once all relevant checks have been complete the units are then securely repacked ready to be resold. Please note although we can’t guarantee that these units are still in their original boxes with all their original accessories we can confirm that on average 85% of our stock is still in its original packaging.

it's bad enough to be Elephone and top it, it's Grade A...... to me this deal is looking down south

Gutted! Bought a G4 Play a few days ago for this price. Would have preferred this. £111 @ DX but I don't trust these long shipping deals. Heat added.

Obviously comes with 12 months warranty and if your close enough to collect you can inspect there and then, get what you mean with the China shippings. My Elephone p8000 still going strong after 18 months or so.

I am actually impressed, I ordered the 2GB from Amazon but they sent me the 1GB. I got a £30 refund but you wouldnt know it only has 1GB. It is so fast. Also confirmed for Android 7. I didn't know they were made by Lenovo, I have always liked Lenovo phones.

Yeah the totally stock Android helps, you can get it for 119.99 on ebay refurbishment from Tesco or Argos. It's not cutting edge or anything, but it's a better performer than this. Of course there are also Chinese brand phones like Xiaomi who blow both out the water, but seeing as this is a domestic deal I thought it'd be better to compare like with like

Nice 1, looking at spending around £120 so was looking at Xiaomi but confused with models and specs. The reason I was looking at Marshmallow was because of adaptive storage as mine on lollipop is running out. Thanks for the reply.

TBH when looking at phones I tend to look for at least 3gb ram just to avoid any lagging. Cheers for that.

No problem.

If you are up for looking at the Chinese phones, for £128 you can get the Redmi 4 Prime:

Snapdragon 625
3GB of Ram
32GB of internal storage with Micro SD card
No Band 20 but only o2 rely on it and its MVNO's, I guess if you're that dependent on it then it's a dealbreaker
1080p screen
Fingerprint
Almost guaranteed to get aftermarket support as it's a popular Snapdragon

Anyway, the cons are obviously the long shipping, no warranty (although these things are very well built), a bit of technical knowledge needed to get it up to scratch.

Just thought I would clarify

We are actually on Tesco so assume with Tesco using O2 they would rely in it too. Fingerprint scanner not a must. Used to be really up on phones, rooting and installing custom roms etc but since the cheap Chinese invasion phones I'm completely stumped.

Ahh right, the G4 is the one to buy then, loads of custom roms and it'll be supported for years. Band 20 is omitted from all but the premium Chinese devices mostly
