good cheap machine already got one yesterday,it says grade b but it only has a couple of small scraches on case and the odd stick, and remains of stickers on it. Can be removed with a bit of cleaning

im tempted to buy one but how does it fair in terms of upgradeing? is this as good as the machine gets? looking online it says you might be able to put a pentium D Extreme Edition 965 (3.73 GHz) inside of it but is that even worth it? :S

Did it come with product key? website wasn't too clear?

Was going to use this to connect permanently to my TV, so I can use it as a browser and for 4od etc.. do you think it would be suitable?

I'm torn between this and the dell optiplex 745 on the same site

Yes it's suitable. I have used these and currently have DC7900 used as a media centre (with upgraded sound and graphics).

Drivers all available from HP website by entering model of PC. There will be a couple that will appear as unknown devices but a quick search finds the correct driver.

I actually have a couple of DC7900 PCs i'm thinking of selling if anyone interested but not sure if i have to start a for sale thread??

But is the process for a novice of installing windows and drivers difficult (and expensive)? I like the idea of having windows 7 as it's what i'm now use to. How much would it cost with an xp pro product key?
