Sorry I couldn't get any pics, but the game should be amazing
#2
You know it's only the prologue don't you?

It's just a smaller version of the full gt5
#3
Last time I checked it was still a penny cheaper at Amazon.
#4
Yup, not the full blown game. That's not gonna be for a while yet. Still, should be pretty awesome!
#5
been this price at play.com for quite a while good if you can use the voucher though
#6
Just another retailer doing this for £17.99!

You can't use the voucher as its off a £30 spend. Good deal if you get 2 I guess :)
#7
Not sooo cheap for like half a game
#8
£17.99 for a glorified demo. Wow! What a bargain! [/sarcasm]
#9
Still going to be better than the failed Burnout and look prettier than any Xbot game.

I'll wait till nearer release date when retialers are competing against the PSN downloads.
#10
Played demo from jap psn store which i found abit slow and it aint as good looking as Burnout paradise on 360 or Ps3 which i actually quite like tbh
Anyhow i think id get it from Game rather than Play or Amazon as you do get 11% cashback from game and then double reward points aswell as most likely appearing before a pre-order from Amazon or Play would take to appear.
Quite suprised at amount cold maybe its xbox fanboys with poster having a Ps3 fanboy name :w00t: or posting £5 codes for a order thats for £12 short or being able to use :whistling:

Fatal Exception
£17.99 for a glorified demo. Wow! What a bargain! [/sarcasm]

you will get 50 real pixel perfect production cars, 6 real (or based on urban real streets) inch perfect tracks and full online multiplier, and ability to download top gear and car videos with the interface. i think it is a bit more than a glorified demo. people have paid a lot more for full games that offered a lot less.those who say it is a glorified demo should really look at what the games actually contains for the price you pay.
#12
yeah but why not just wait til the real game comes out, coz it will be like 10 times better!!
#13
So wanted to vote cold with all the ps3 fanboys posting, but for £17.99 it's gonna be a worthy buy, So gave heat instead.

This game is over rated i think currently. I have had it for some weeks now and as far as demo's go this isn't very good.

Yes the cars look pretty, but is that really how you judge a game these days? No.
Playing on th elondon track with 15 other cars causes horrible frame rate drops and screen tearing, its horrible. I have no doubt they will fix some of these issues but only by sacrificing some of the pretty graphics.

Forza Motorsport 2 is a much better game imo, it looks good not as polished as GT5 but it's a good trade off for the way the cars handle and the smooth 60fps gameplay. The amount of cars and options for the cars, the online play and size of the game make it a much better buy that this. You can currently buy Forza 2 for just £10.

I regret buying this game so early as i paid an inflated price for it, but I certainly wouldn't pay £17 for it either knowing what you get.

You obviously have the early japanese version. The UK version is significantly different and can hardly be called a demo as others suggest!

Dont forget to buy the official steering wheel when its released
http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3166476

nice touch is a 24-position dial to make on-the-fly adjustments in brake bias, traction control, and damper settings.

Not as nice as the G25 but it does have a horn :p
