Gran Turismo 5 Prologue has now dropped in price again to £9.99

The game is definately worth a try for newcomers to the series or the classic fan of the Gran Turismo Series. The newest Edition Prologue is a Prelude to what we expect for the full Gran Turismo 5 game to be. With Kazunori Yamauchi producing the series since the very beginning he is putting all his ideas and new features into the Playstation 3 system and bringing them as close to reality as possible. Prologue has always suffered the abuse of the public and dismissal of it carrying the £24.99 Price tag and people saying that it's not worth it and you might as well wait till the full GT5 well at £9.99 it's definately worth a try even for it's beautiful graphics and with the 1st of August Update for Spec II which will include such things as the Penalty System being upgraded for better judgements when you get hit by someone online or offline. And the big Gran Turismo TV Feature will be launching it's Pay Per View Service which will include such episodes as Top Gear and the Japanese Touring Car Championship and the D1 Drifters Grand Prix.

The game is certainly worth some attention till the full release shedueled for 2010 as Kazunori stated in a recent interview as they are working on Prologue and focusing on it for the time being. Go ahead and grab your self one of the best Racing Simulators available on the market!

they should at least say like we will refund the price of the demo when you purchase the full version if you send it to us or summit. mad but then again does sound like money hungry sony after all.

That's what they did for GT4 when they released GT4 Prologue you bought GT4 Prologue and if you traded it in you could buy GT4 for £9.99 when it was first released. This is what they will do for GT5 hopefully too. Everyone just goes with the crowd tbh give everything a chance once in a while.

it's well worth £9.99 2nd hand from game. Demo or not it's still the best racing series.

As skillednutter says it is well worth getting, you will get regular updates until GT5 comes out (which is not for another 18 months), and at this price there isn't another racing game can compete with it.

Not to mention the online play and the Ferrari F1 car in the game...

I thought Forza 2 was supposed to be just as good if not better and its a full game and you can get it cheaper, though granted not for the ps3
