NEW STUDENTS / UNDER 21 PRICES ALSO COMING
BRAND NEW SEASON TICKET HOLDERS BENEFIT SCHEME
This season Wigan Athletic brought you the incredible new offer for families to watch every Latics Premier League game for an amazing £500. We are now replicating this price so families who could not commit to season tickets may purchase a brand new FAMILY MATCHDAY TICKET in the South Stand for future Home Premier League fixtures!

The Club will also announce a new Student / Under 21s price from the Manchester City match*. The Club intends for these measures to help bridge the gap between the junior and adult prices for our growing young adult following.

To celebrate the new extended family offer, the Club is delighted to announce a quite incredible event at the DW Stadium for the visit of Sunderland on Saturday 11th September. The fantastic "FRIENDS AND FAMILY DAY" will allow all of our season ticket holders the opportunity to bring along an additional guest for JUST £7.50!

For families who do not hold a season ticket, you can join us for the game by purchasing a special CLUB TICKET** for the one off price of just £25 for a group of two adults and two under 16's.

Wigan Athletic are also delighted to announce a brand new scheme in production to offer all of our loyal season ticket holders another benefit for your commitment to the Club. Further details will be announced in due course but the scheme will provide our most committed fans with discounts and offers with retailers and partner companies.

So season tickets come on get your mates down and tell people about the family offer and get the stadium full or up to near full and let's get behind the lads, please dont post comments calling the team crap, this si for fans of the club who are willing to come and support the team

wigan have been on the brink the last few seasons, had a tenner on them to go down two seasons ago, gutted they survived. Can't believe they survived again last season

Wigan Athletic have real problems! despite already having the cheapest season tickets in the Premier League attendances in the first 2 games have been 16,000 and 14,000 which I believe are the two lowest ever attendances for Premier League football. It just shows that Wigan is a rugby town, the Warriors do well and their attendances are boosted to the detriment of the football club.

If you are a casual Latics fan then these prices offer a decent saving however I really worry for the future of Wigan Athletic.

A deal is a deal regardless of the team, -10 goals after two games, don't feel down to much Wigan fans as it could be worse..........

You could be a Watford fan.

Too many clubs in such a small area, Bolton, Blackburn, Wigan, Man City and Man Utd are all seperated by 10 miles, add in Bury, Oldham, Stockport, Rochdale in the same area and you can see the problems. Only a few miles further afield and you have Burnley, Accrington, Preston, Blackpool, Liverpool and Everton. Also club loyalty, I support Bolton Wanderers, no matter what division we are in I won't go to watch any of the other local clubs even if they are in the Premier League.

Also you have to look at town sizes, Bolton population 200,000 get 20,000 at the Reebok. That isn't too bad 1 in 10 are at the match. I'm sure that Wigan is smaller still and so does fairly well for a 15,000 crowd. If you look at percentages of the town population then the likes of Bolton, Wigan, Blackburn and Blackpool are very well supported by percentages.

A|so a lot of these clubs are not glamorous and so will not attract out of town supporters it makes it very difficult to compete on the pitch when you are drawing 60,000 less fans than the biggest clubs in the region.

simple we need a few clubs to collapse and then merge.
in business we have mergers and takeovers why not in football !!

any football club that is public could in theory be taken over and merged, or shut.
How funny would that be

as a huddersfield town fan I'd love to purchase leeds united and just shut them down !! :0)
it would cause outrage

Its not a deal if you dont get your moneys worth though is it ;)

This will most likely appeal to the away supporters who couldnt get a ticket for their end.

that is ridiculous, the rugby attendances have been much lower than ours in the last few years!!!

Look at figures before commenting instead of believing sky, and how do attendances make a difference to the survival of the club in the premiership!
