What a cracking deal!

You can also get the same PC with a 3D controller (seems a bit like a Wiimote) for an extra fiver. Link below.

Excellent, this'll be great for playing my DVD's.

Oh wait, no DVD drive.

However, i'm sure this could be very useful if all your films are on your PC already!

not bad - hot if it had w7

Single core, worth paying that bit extra from Ebuyer for the dual. Vista not eligible for 7 upgrade so a bit of a non-starter . . .

This is a very nice machine (I am using one now) and a good deal. I bought one for £199.99 in January, but then sold the wireless controller on Ebay for about £40 which was a nice bonus. I was initially concerned about Vista, but once all the updates finished loading, Vista has been fine. The only thing I wish it could do is play iPlayer HD, but I guess I'd need a dual core processor for that.

Which one do you mean from Ebuyer? Their dual core one is £299.18 so that's more than a bit extra.

No there's a dual core one for £198 which was £178 last week.

Yes, so quiet that I wasn't sure if it was switched on to begin with! I can just about hear it now as the fan is going in the warm weather. So much better than noisy old PCs, and energy efficient too!

I can see one for £198.98, but that comes with Linux rather than Windows. The next cheapest is an ex-display one for £273.75 with Windows 7.

I use one of these , mainly because it is silent
I use it with Linux
The chipset does alot of work

If windows is important , then this is fine

If you want oomph and have linux or an old LAPTOP license ( cough cough0

get a a D510 Dualie with twice the cache and a massive passive heatsink from ARIA ( new arrival)

COCO
