Green Day's first ever Blu-ray release documents their biggest ever shows, playing to over 130,000 people at the Milton Keynes National Bowl on the 18th and 19th June 2005. These spectacular arena performances combine political activism, rock opera and pantomime hilarity to demonstrate why Green Day are renowned as one of the biggest and best live acts performing today.

The state of the art Blu-ray release is designed to capture in high definition the experience of seeing Green Day on this landmark tour, and to bring the audience closer than ever before to the action. Touring their 9 million selling and critically acclaimed 'American Idiot' album, Green Day combine seven songs from this record, including 'Holiday', 'Wake Me up when September Ends' and 'American Idiot' with classic tracks from their extensive catalogue, including 'Basket Case' and 'Good Riddance (Time of your Life)'.

Directed by Sam Bayer ("Wake Up Me When September Ends", Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit"), the DVD runs close to two hours long and features a full live set from Milton Keynes. Bonus features include behind the scenes footage and extensive interviews with all the band members.

Oh, I didn't know this had even been released on Blu-Ray! Was a truly amazing weekend and a superb gig, I'm even shown on Bullet in a Bible at the front of the crowd looking very, very ill due to sunstroke... lol.
