Green Lantern Action Figures £1.00 @ Poundland

magpieno1magpieno1

My local (Hitchin) had loads of the 4" Green Lantern Figures for £1

The same ones sell for £6.99 in Asda.

They had a good selection of figures.

(I had seen them previously in Home Bargains for 99p but they only had 2 left on the shelf which were exactly the same)

My son got these for his birthday last year, they're great fun, especially the Parallax with the grabbing hand hidden in his belly, which you can use to steal biscuits from the hand of the person sat next to you (not that I'd do anything like that. Muhahahaha).

Managed to pick one up in Croydon. They only had a couple their though. I asked someone who worked their if they had any more, but he was quite unhelpful and just said he didn't know, but didn't check. Noticed they had some spider-man things in as well, including original cartoon dvd's which have 6 episodes on each one and a runtime of just over 2 hours. good value at you guessed it £1

I grabbed myself a set of five different figures today. Going to go back again tomorrow to get some more me thinks, maybe these ones will go on ebay lol

I went to my local Poundland lunchtime and managed to find two that had dropped down amongst the other toys. Someone had obviously been in and grabbed the lot in a frenzy of eBay based excitement. Sadly the ones I found were the minor characters.

In fairness I was planning on ebay but I have looked and your lucky to make back just over double you buy them for really. Its the problem with movie based figures. Where you work city wise?

I tried that with the Tron Die-cast vehicles only made a few quid, kept a few sets and sell them in a few years

Definitely worth checking back, The Oxford one has had a couple of different waves in, seen about 12 different figures in there over the last couple of weeks!
