Has anyone got any experience using one of these?

Are they as good as they claim to be?
My mate used a "Son of Hibachi" last weekend at Le Mans, it took around 10 minutes from lighting to start cooking, once he had finished cooking, he just closed the bbq and put it straight into the bag, still hot. I would say that they are big enough for 2/3 people, or if you have a tray above or below the bbq to keep things warm then it's suitable for a family.
I would give son of hibatchi 4 out of 5. It loses a star because in my opinion it doesn't light anywhere near as quickly as it says that it does. When you have big coals it doesn't matter how much of a chimney affect that you can create it just takes time for the coals to go grey and really heat up. The other thing is that it's pretty small so it won't cook for too many people.

The good thing is that it does everything else that it says on the tin. It's supremely portable. You can even move it while it's lit which I find useful. Then just zip it up when you're finished.

Definitely worth the money if you know what you're buying.
I've got one.
They take a long time to get going, but are good and hot when they do. You have to be clever if you're going to cook for 4 adults on this, but for a 2+2 family, it's fine.
