Yea, I used this car company once. They tried to not return my deposit to me in spite of returning the car with no issues. I left it with my credit card company to sort out, which they did. I then received some BS email from the management about delays processing deposits.

I'd pay a little more and use a different company. Plenty of smaller firms offering similar prices.

There are NO company to offer LWB 12-13 cubic meters van for weekend within M25 for less than £275, usual price £300++, hence this is a deal.
You are welcome to ignore it. I posted it for someone who will benefit.
Forgot to add: 2000 miles is included.
All other companies will include 100 miles, perhaps 200, all extra miles charged at £0.25 - £0.35.
I made 1500 miles over 3 days. It was a banging deal saving me some £500++

Read some reviews of this firm before using them. The reviews will be quite an eye-opener
I did before hiring, they even have some 5 stars unlike ALL other hire places. I would not hire a car from them due to the possibility of lost deposit but banged van was no problems.

"Upon collection ask for a refuel option, which costs £10. Then you can return the van with empty tank with no penalty, saving you another £30-£40 :-)"
They sell you £30-worth of fuel for £10? Are you sure that's how it works?
yes, she confirmed that, van comes with 50% tank and you can return nearly empty for a £10, it did not work for me well because I miscalculated and returned with about 25%-35% diesel... but still no loss
