Never seen these till about 3 weeks ago saw them at a customers house and he is T1 diabetic, so guess they are good for diabetics too?

It's likely to be keto then (low carb high fat). Wonderful diet, ive been on it since oct 2015, and lost 65lb and have come off my blood presssure meds (was on highest dose). Never felt better!

Yes he does that, i do LC, Low fat, i know i shouldnt but BG is stable and no higher than 7 unless i have a spike and i have lost 1 st 9 1/2 lb in 7 weeks :D thats the 7 weeks i have been diagnosed

well done :) would you consider switching to keto? it has many benefits over a low fat diet. Can pm you some great resources if youre interested (dont wanna highjack the thread lol)
