I've been looking to get a new Gro clock for 2nd child, looking around i found the usual sale prices of 19.99 for most of the bigger retailers, but here's the best deals I found.

The linked deal is for 14.99 with free delivery on orders over 29.99 (so depends on what else you are after, of if you have friends that also want one)

Other best prices i found were: £15 , but currently out of stock http://www.cuskishop.co.uk/gro-clock-sale-item-41-p.asp

or £18.99 with free delivery on everything!! http://www.powo.co.uk/index.php?route=product/search&search=gro%20clock

Hope this helps you.

This clock has been a sleep saver for us :-)

Good deal if ordering more than £29.99 for free delivery, otherwise you need to add £3.90 for 1st Class delivery, which if your an Amazon Prime member you can get it next day delivery for £20 at the moment.

These are quality... We tried an inferior product then bought one of these... False economy!

All because the wife wouldn't listen to start off with.

Can't recommend these enough, worth every penny

Awesome product! However now the little monster knows how to work it, 5am 'back in beds' are often replied with 'but the sun is out'! Little sods....

haven't got to that stage yet. guess that's when the sun gets replaced by an actual time!

One button press makes the sun pop up so kind of defeats its purpose. Also no recharagable battery but its OK as a night light.
Good price, not so good product so no vote for me.

There is a lock function that can be enabled by holding down one of the buttons (can't remember which). The idea is you don't let the child see you lock/unlock it so they don't know how to do it themselves.

....just waiting until my son (20 months) is old enough to properly understand the moon/sun thing. Works well as a night-light too.

Great device, we got a second hand one for a fiver! I was sceptical if my 3 year old would take any notice but he seems to and has to say "night night" to the sun every night and comes running out of his room shouting "suns up! suns up!" in the morning..

Hold down the down arrow button for 3 seconds to lock. There's also a 2nd wake up time you can set, its described in the instructions as afternoon naptime. We use it as a later time in the morning that we use at weekends.

thanks for the info on the lock, that will come in handy in the future i'm sure. We do the same with the 2nd time setting, gives us an extra 30mins lay in on weekends, works wonderfully!!
