Yeh I signed up with the offer and the code groupon sent wouldnt work, after doing a live chat with Now TV support there is issues but have been assured that I will get the offer.

the issue is that Groupon sent duplicated codes out, NowTV will issue new codes by end of month - they should throw in an addtional months freebie for making us wait (_;)

Do you know if they are issuing codes to Groupon or to Groupon customers? Thanks.

they took my email address so I am assuming that it will be emailed to those that have complained that its not worked for them...I wish they would just send them out it shouldn't take days to create a new code

I had problems trying to activate the Groupon - NOW TV did not accept this and defaulted to free one months subscription. Groupon pointed me to NOW TV, who said that there seemed to be a problem with some customers. She stepped me through it and it worked OK. She said that she had changed nothing but I know that I did exactly the same as the previous 3 times. I suspect that it was because I had activated my NOW TV, when I bought the box, and that she had done something. I have just checked my Credit Card, the details which I gave when completing the NOW TV activation, and I was charged 10p by NOW TV Help. No-one mentioned any charge at the time. I hate the feeling that my Credit Card can be used, without my express consent, no matter how small the amount.

Received this early yesterday evening, so we SHOULD all have something soon. I can't work out whether I'm annoyed it's taking so long, or impressed they are sorting it.

Please accept my apologies yet again for the problem with your Group On Voucher Code.
This is my first opportunity to review your case since Sunday and it is with some disappointment that I find that your case is still awaiting resolution, despite your timely response detailing your Voucher Code.
I can confirm that the problem has been with invalid codes being supplied and I am now informed that our Marketing Department have now communicated with Group On to determine new and valid codes. I am advised that these correct codes will be sent out to customers during the next 48 hours.

Whilst appreciating that it has taken a little while longer than I had anticipated to resolve this matter, now that I have the resolution I do now want to ensure that all my customers are updated as quickly as possible. Thus if you have not received notification of your NEW code within 48 hours then do please tell me so I can ensure resolution for your.

May I also take this opportunity to remind you to take special care in following the Group On Instructions very carefully, including, accessing the SPECIAL Group On sign up page as detailed on your Voucher / Group On Documentation / Email as I certainly do not want any further delays to prevent your access to NOW TV.

Got a new code, it came from Groupon and not NowTV, not tried it yet,

Just entered code -- "The voucher code provided is not valid please re-enter."
Contacted Nowtv chat who said they will get another sent out, hope this arrives before the offer expires on the 29th.

I just tried the voucher that's in my account (I assume this is the new code - don't know as I can't find the email with the new code). It didn't work because I already have an account - that's because I created an account last time I tried to use the code only to find it didn't work!

I guess I could create another email address to use the code, but I can't be bothered (I've lost rack of how many NowTV accounts I actually have with different email addresses) so I've just asked for a refund.

Getting ridiculous! Had a faulty remote shipped so waiting for a replacement to arrive. Plus the code doesn't work, not a good start, even for something so cheap would expect better service than this, can't see Nowtv existing this time next year tbh

They sure aren't doing themselves any favours by only supporting a hand full of Android devices either.

I gave up on their non-working codes & asked Groupon for a refund.

Initially they tried to fob me off with 'It's [past the valid til date so you can't have a refund' until I pointed out I'd complained weeks ago that the voucher didn't work and instead of refunding then they issued a new voucher (which still didn't work the first time I tried it, by the time they sent an email saying 'It's working now' I'd given up on this deal).

Got an email yesterday to confirm they're refunding.
